$30-50 (Depending on experience/interview performance) Job Summary We are seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support process development and R D activities within a manufacturing environment. This role performs technical testing, experiments, and equipment setup to support engineering projects, improve processes, and identify yield opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow strict procedures, and experience working with production equipment and technical documentation. Responsibilities Perform technical tests, experiments, and process evaluations to support R D and engineering initiatives. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot processing equipment used for production and development activities. Handle and load wafers while following established safety and process guidelines. Monitor production processes and provide technical support and guidance to line operators. Execute test runs, collect data, and maintain accurate records of results. Prepare charts, graphs, and reports to communicate findings to engineering teams. Assist with identifying process issues, yield problems, and opportunities for improvement. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and process controls with a high level of consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to support process improvements. Escalate issues appropriately and communicate technical concerns effectively. Qualifications Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, cleanroom, or precision manufacturing environments preferred. Experience handling wafers or operating specialized manufacturing equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes quickly. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures. Strong documentation and data collection skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
