We are actively hiring a motivated Wireless Sales Representative to support our wireless service campaigns. This is a full-time, in-person, commission-only sales role focused on customer acquisition and enrollment for AT&T wireless services. As an Wireless Sales Representative, you will meet directly with customers in residential areas, introduce AT&T wireless products, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role involves in-person, door-to-door sales, making it ideal for individuals who are outgoing, driven, and comfortable working independently. What You'll Do as an
Wireless Sales Representative:
Conduct in-person, door-to-door outreach to engage potential customers Represent AT&T as an authorized dealer , presenting wireless plans, devices, and services Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable wireless solutions Educate customers on pricing, features, promotions, and upgrades Complete enrollments and maintain accurate daily records Build strong customer relationships to support long-term retention
Compensation:
100% commission-based pay (no base salary) Earnings are based on completed sales (minimum expectation of ~1 sale per day) Additional earning potential based on performance

Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, averaging ~40 hours per week
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Willingness to work in a door-to-door, in-person sales environment
