Mid-Level or Senior Level Associate: Litigation (Copyright/Trademark)

The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire a mid-level associate for our Capital Solutions and Special Situations Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on liability management transactions, secured and unsecured debt financing, special situations, distressed M&A, and debt restructuring, including experience in exchange and consent offers, backstop arrangements, rights offerings, and exit financings. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team involving our market leading Debt Finance and Bankruptcy and Restructuring practices. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York and have excellent credentials.

Associate Salary:
