Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, along with technical sales expertise, will be highly valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth through innovative marketing strategies, lead generation, and product demonstrations. Duties Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions Engage in outside sales activities including cold calling, client meetings, and product demos Manage existing accounts and identify new prospects through lead generation efforts Conduct business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue streams Present products and solutions effectively, emphasizing features that meet customer needs Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to enhance account value Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace Experience Proven track record in outside sales or B2B sales roles with demonstrated success in territory management and account growth Experience in technical or technology sales is preferred, including familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities Background in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for business development Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise within a supportive environment that values innovation, strategic thinking, and customer success.
