Job Description

We represent AT&T, helping wireless customers find the right plans, resolve service issues, and upgrade their devices. As a Wireless Customer Representative, if you have a background in customer service, sales, or hospitality — and genuinely enjoy connecting with people — this role was built for you. Our wireless customer team focuses on acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, delivering personalized support and product recommendations every day. Every representative starts at the entry level with a clear, structured path toward senior sales and leadership roles. Through hands-on training, you'll build real expertise in wireless sales, customer service, and account management. Responsibilities of the Wireless Customer Representative Provide personalized customer service and wireless product guidance Enroll new customers in AT&T wireless and internet packages Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support needs Collaborate with teammates and management to meet wireless customer goals Develop skills in public speaking, negotiation, and leadership Log customer and sales data via CRM on a company device Qualifications of the Wireless Customer Representative Must be 18+ years old to apply Background in customer service, sales, or any customer-facing role Passion for delivering outstanding wireless customer experiences Comfortable working both independently and within a team Strong communication and active listening skills Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Reliable, punctual, and effective at managing your time
