GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
