Job Description

California Communications is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Management Associate. This full-time opportunity is designed for candidates who are looking to build leadership skills, gain hands-on business experience, and develop professionally while supporting our AT&T campaign and customer experience initiatives. As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will work alongside experienced team leaders to learn the day-to-day operations of the business, assist with team coordination, support customer interactions, and contribute to overall organizational success. The Entry Level Management Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and taking on new challenges in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate include: Assist with daily team operations and support management initiatives Help maintain positive customer experiences while representing AT&T services and programs Support customer account inquiries and provide general assistance when needed Participate in leadership development and management training programs Monitor project progress and assist with team organization and coordination efforts Work closely with supervisors to learn business operations, communication strategies, and team management techniques Contribute to a positive, productive, and professional workplace culture Assist with onboarding, training support, and team development activities as neede Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and community partners Qualifications for the
Entry Level Management Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, coachable, and competitive mindset Professional attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented company
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
