Weekly base pay of $800-$1,250 per week, plus uncapped performance-based bonuses and incentives. What You'll Do:
As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building genuine relationships by actively listening and understanding each customer's needs Educating customers on AT&T's latest smartphones, tablets, wireless plans,internet services, and entertainment solutions Providing personalized recommendations based on customer lifestyle, usage patterns, and budget Assisting with new account activations, upgrades, plan changes, device purchases, and billing inquiries Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and store performance goals Staying informed about new products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and technology proficiency Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, telecommunications, or related fields Ability to confidently present products and solutions to customers Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
