This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role focused on developing relationships with distributors, manufacturers, purchasing professionals, plant leaders, and end users. You'll work with customers ranging from small businesses to large industrial organizations, helping them identify solutions that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and support their operational goals.
Your day will include:
Building and strengthening relationships with distributor partners and key customer accounts Managing inbound customer inquiries and conducting outbound sales calls Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business Engaging directly with manufacturers and end users to increase awareness of ATTC's welding, cutting, automation, and robotics solutions Following up on leads, quotes, opportunities, and customer requests Maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline activity within our CRM Collaborating with sales leadership to develop territory growth strategies Learning and promoting ATTC's extensive portfolio of welding, cutting, plasma, TIG, MIG, laser, thermal spray, automation, and robotic products and solutions What Success Looks Like The right person will be excited by: Growing territory revenue quarter over quarter Building a strong pipeline of active opportunities Becoming a trusted resource for distributors and industrial customers Developing relationships with larger B2B accounts and key decision-makers Consistently following up and closing business Growing existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities Developing deep product knowledge and becoming an expert resource Creating long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business Contributing directly to the continued growth of American Torch Tip Taking advantage of an uncapped quarterly bonus structure that rewards performance and results
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
