Your Mission You'll be having strategic conversations around automation, scalability, and how physical mail fits into modern marketing workflows. Work Hours Full-time in-office position Monday - Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch Compensation Paid training $28.84/hr base + uncapped commission $100K-$200K+ earning potential What makes this role compelling Selling a solution that integrates with CRMs, marketing platforms, and automation tools Building partnerships that create long-term, scalable revenue streams A consultative sales process with real business impact Responsibilities Prospect and engage software companies and tech-enabled businesses Guide prospects through integration-focused sales conversations Manage deals from initial outreach to close Develop relationships that lead to ongoing volume and repeat business If you value developing long-term client partnerships and closing impactful, recurring deals, you'll excel in this position. Requirements Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required. Software Sales Experience or a Tech background is a plus but NOT required. Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone. No fear of technology - comfortable with software. Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out. Self-Starter Mentality Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers. Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed. You want to earn a LOT of money!
