Job Description
Nova, a specialized sales and business consulting firm, is hiring a Wireless Representative (Full-Time) in Lehigh Acres, to support expansion within our AT&T Business division. This is a fully in-person, client-facing role focused on developing relationships with local business owners and delivering customized AT&T communication solutions. As a Wireless Representative, you will act as a direct point of contact for AT&T in the field, engaging with business clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored technology solutions that support their operations and growth. What the Wireless Representative Will Do Meet in-person with local business customers to present AT&T products and services Educate clients on AT&T Business offerings including fiber, wireless, and bundled solutions Wireless Representatives assess customer needs and recommend solutions that improve communication and efficiency Guide new clients through the enrollment and activation process Wireless Representatives develop and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and account growth Log interactions and manage activity through CRM systems What We're Looking For in a Wireless Representative Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a field-based, in-person sales environment Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and growth Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment High school diploma or GED preferred
