Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services tailored to their needs Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans Upsell additional accessories, plans, or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Educate customers on store promotions, new products, and plan options while ensuring a seamless shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially within electronics or grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette to foster positive interactions Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and retail math tasks efficiently
