Role:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing AT&T Authorized Dealer team. You will be the face of AT&T, helping customers stay connected by offering the latest wireless solutions and devices that meet their needs — all while delivering an exceptional face to face experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers and deliver personalized AT&T solutions based on their needs Sell wireless devices, plans, accessories, and services Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products and promotions Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues with professionalism Participate in training and ongoing development to stay current on technology and sales strategies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a passion for success Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays Bilingual a plus!
