Our company is redefining telecom sales in Atlanta, and we need Wireless Account Associates to be the driving force behind AT&T's wireless expansion. In this role, you'll meet customers where they are and deliver solutions that stick. This is an opportunity to use your energy, strategy, and people skills to attain weekly commissions and career growth.
Wireless Account Associate Responsibilities:
Represent AT&T in the local community, engaging customers with confidence and clarity Present wireless service options and close sales through consultative techniques Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term loyalty Manage assigned territories and optimize daily outreach plans Track customer feedback and relay insights to improve service delivery Collaborate with peers and leadership to hit team goals Stay informed on product updates and industry trends Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions
Wireless Account Associate Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Drive to exceed goals and outperform expectations Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.) Quick learner with a passion for technology and telecom Positive attitude and professional demeanor Willingness to travel locally within assigned areas
