Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry events to expand the client base. Conduct detailed product presentations and technical sales consultations with architects, designers, contractors, and retail clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads within target markets. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional account management, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales with a focus on natural or building materials preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies tailored to target audiences. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships. Ability to conduct analysis of market data and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly. Experience in warm calling, lead generation, and prospecting within the natural stone or construction industry is highly desirable.
