Full-Time Are you the type of person who loves meeting people, solving problems, and learning new things? We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our business in the paint and coatings industry. Experience in industrial equipment, paint, coatings, or related sales is a plus, but we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed. You will be working closely with our Architectural Equipment Sales Manager who will provide hands-on training, introduce you to established customers, and help you develop the knowledge and relationships needed for long-term success. This role offers a unique opportunity to build you own career path and eventually take over an established book of business. What You'll Do Build relationships with paint retailers, manufacturers, and distributors Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Demonstrate and promote industry-leading paint dispensing and mixing equipment Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions Travel throughout the US and Canada to meet customers, prospects, and attend tradeshows and industry events Learn our products, technology, and industry through hands-on training What We're Looking For Positive attitude and self-motivation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Desire to learn technical products and industry applications Organized, dependable, and driven to achieve goals Sales experience is preferred but not required Experience in paint, coatings, industrial equipment, construction, or manufacturing is a bonus Strong work ethic and motivation
Other Requirements:
