Sales & Business Development Position Overview MDOffice Manager is seeking a motivated and energetic Junior EMR Software Sales Representative to help expand our healthcare technology footprint throughout physician practices, clinics, behavioral health providers, and specialty medical offices. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare technology or EMR/EHR sales experience who enjoys building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and helping medical practices improve efficiency through technology solutions. The ideal candidate is professional, driven, coachable, and comfortable working directly with healthcare administrators, providers, and office managers. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate and follow up on sales leads for EMR/EHR software solutions Conduct outreach to physician offices, specialty clinics, behavioral health providers, and healthcare organizations Schedule and participate in in-person and virtual product demonstrations Build relationships with practice administrators, providers, and healthcare executives Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle Assist with proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and contract coordination Track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and opportunities within CRM systems Attend networking events, healthcare conferences, and community outreach opportunities Product Knowledge & Client Support Develop strong knowledge of EMR/EHR workflows and healthcare operations Explain software functionality, implementation processes, and user benefits Assist clients with identifying workflow improvement opportunities Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding Stay current on healthcare technology trends and industry changes Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain accurate sales activity records and prospect notes Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports Monitor account progress and customer satisfaction Assist leadership with market research and competitor analysis Qualifications Prior experience in EMR/EHR software sales, healthcare technology sales, or medical office sales preferred Understanding of healthcare operations and medical office workflows strongly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Professional and confident demeanor when speaking with providers and administrators Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Preferred Experience EMR/EHR platforms Medical billing or practice management software Healthcare administration or clinic operations Behavioral health or multi-specialty clinic environments SaaS or technology sales experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission opportunities Performance bonus potential Mileage reimbursement for approved travel Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly growing healthcare organization Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Why Join Us?
