- Responsibilities
- + Serve as a
- Focus Product Champion
- for the assigned sales team in partnership with Sales Managers, Technical Specialists, and Marketing.
- Minimum Qualifications (required)
- + High School diploma and/or GED + 2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development
- Additional Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Weed Science, or a related agricultural field + Experience in the agricultural industry with exposure to field research, technical service, agronomy, or crop protection products + Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate product performance and agronomic data + Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into effective sales and training tools + Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to groups + Proven interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences + Experience working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and technical teams + Strong customer service mindset supporting internal and external customers, including growers, retailers, and technical partners + Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to perform in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment + Willingness and ability to travel •greater than 85%•, including overnight stays based on seasonal business needs + Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools + Clean driving record + Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
