Job Description

Our client is seeking highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associates and II to join their dynamic team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidates will specialize in the software sector and possess a strong background in investment banking, financial analysis, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for software companies. Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials. Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services. Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the software sector. Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the software industry. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven track record of successfully executing transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
