\ Our client is looking for a Technical Service Receiving I. This pivotal role supports a company that manufactures innovative medical devices distributed globally, recognized for their commitment to quality and safety. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, receiving and processing customer devices, and accurately entering data into Oracle to ensure seamless technical service operations.\ You will manage package opening, clean and prepare devices, perform data entry, and create all necessary paperwork and labels to support technical workflows. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in the workplace.\ In this role, you will: \

• Manage opening packages and cleaning daily technical service items and devices\
• Perform data entry of device information into Oracle and other applications\
• Create paperwork and service-specific labels\
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment\
• Support other duties as assigned\

Work Schedule:

\ Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

• 3:30

PM\ Pay:

\$20/hr\

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

\

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\
• Strong organizational skills\
• Proficient in computer applications such as Oracle, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Dymo labeling software\
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and safely operate a Pallet Jack/Hand Jack\
• High school diploma or equivalent\
• Some data entry experience; entry-level/1 year receiving experience\
