The Entry Level Management Associate is a full-time role with hands-on training, perfect for someone who wants to learn the ropes of management. The Entry Level Management Associate starts by mastering the fundamentals of the Verizon sales process and quickly moves into a role where you help mentor and drive the performance of others. Join us and start your journey in a city known for its legendary leaders! Entry Level Management Associate Essential Functions Execute high-volume sales for Verizon's flagship and fiber products. Manage complex customer inquiries and close high-value service contracts. Lead by example to ensure the team hits daily and weekly KPIs. Provide "on-the-fly" coaching to junior reps to sharpen their closing skills. Run daily morning "hype" meetings to align team goals and energy. Monitor team data to identify top talent and future leaders. Oversee the end-to-end customer journey for premium accounts. Collaborate with senior leadership and Entry Level Management Associate colleagues to forecast monthly revenue goals. Entry Level Management Associate Required Qualifications Proven leadership ability; you know how to motivate a crowd. Track record of smashing personal goals in sports, school, or work. Strong organizational skills to manage a team and a personal pipeline. Excellent public speaking and persuasive presentation skills. An entrepreneurial mindset; you take ownership of your results. High integrity; you never ask your team to do what you won't do. A hunger for professional development and continuous self-improvement.
Pay:
$4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
