Job Description:
Associate Consultant Role Overview The Associate Consultant is responsible for supporting customer engagements through structured execution, system optimization, and proactive delivery support. This role blends hands-on configuration work, workflow improvement, documentation, and client coordination. Associate Consultants work under the guidance of Senior Consultants while gradually building the skills required to independently manage defined workstreams and smaller customer engagements. This role is execution-focused but client-facing. Associate Consultants are expected to operate with accountability, attention to detail, and a strong bias toward action. Core Responsibilities Client Leadership & Delivery Support delivery across active client engagements Participate in discovery sessions and internal planning meetings Execute configuration updates and workflow improvements within Bullhorn Document client requirements, action items, and system changes Ensure assigned tasks are delivered on time and aligned with scope Flag risks, blockers, or scope concerns early Execution & Problem Solving Perform hands-on system configuration within Bullhorn and related modules Support automation setup and QA Assist in data audits and workflow optimization Validate solutions against platform best practices Contribute to documentation and repeatable play creation Client Communication & Coordination Attend client calls and capture structured notes Prepare follow-up summaries and action plans Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables Maintain organized records of client system configurations and changes Internal Collaboration Partner with Senior Consultants on engagement strategy Work closely with Customer Success to ensure delivery aligns with account health Collaborate with Solutions Architects on technical execution Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing Book of Business Ownership Own an assigned book of customers and act as the primary delivery owner across those accounts Support Senior Consultants in managing assigned accounts Execute defined portions of client plans (priorities, milestones, improvements) Help maintain account health through consistent execution Surface workflow improvement opportunities based on direct system interaction Required Experience 1-3+ years in staffing, recruiting operations, SaaS delivery, or ATS administration Hands-on experience with Bullhorn (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of recruiting workflows Comfort navigating system logic and configurations Clear written and verbal communication skills Organized and process-oriented What Success Looks Like Tasks are delivered on time and without rework Clients experience consistent forward momentum Documentation is clean and reusable System improvements are practical and sustainable You take increasing ownership of defined workstreams Senior Consultants rely on you for execution stability Clients see steady operational improvements tied to your work
