We focus on connecting businesses with reliable technology solutions while delivering strong customer service and building lasting relationships. We are currently hiring an AT&T Wireless Associate to join our team in a role centered around sales and customer service. In this AT&T Wireless Associate position, you will work directly with local businesses and customers, introducing AT&T products and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. Our AT&T Wireless Associates will learn the entire sales process from the inside out, with your contributions directly impacting the company.
AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:
Connect directly with local businesses and customers to promote AT&T products and services through a sales and customer service approach. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions such as Business Fiber, wireless services, and connectivity packages. Build and maintain professional relationships with businesses and customers to drive repeat business. Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service. Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity to ensure an organized and efficient pipeline. Clearly explain product features and benefits in a way that is easy for customers to understand. Support customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:
A desire to learn and achieve success in a customer service and sales environment Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, allowing you to build trust quickly with new customers Highly coachable with a willingness to absorb feedback and master new sales skills Presents a neat, professional image and carries themselves with confidence in B2B settings.
