About the opportunity In this Contract Technical Associate, Vialing and Assembly role, you support the production of finished products through manual and automated vialing and assembly activities. You work in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment, w you contribute directly to the quality, safety and availability of products for customers worldwide. This opportunity allows you to build hands-on experience with automated production equipment while collaborating closely with a dedicated and supportive team. Your tasks include Perform manual and automated vialing and assembly processes according to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Set up, operate and troubleshoot production and automated manufacturing equipment. Complete all production documentation accurately and on time. Prepare materials and support daily production readiness. Carry out routine lab maintenance, including glassware washing and basic equipment care. Contribute to process improvements across the team. Ensure compliance with all quality, EHS and regulatory standards. Your profile Bring a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an AA degree with related experience. Understand GMP- and FDA-regulated practices (preferred) and use basic computer systems confidently. Operate general and automated laboratory/production equipment; experience with automated manufacturing systems is an advantage. Organize your work, time and materials effectively in a fast-paced environment. strong attention to detail, basic math skills and clear communication. Read, write and follow instructions in English and lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods. Show reliability, motivation and a collaborative mindset. The typical pay rate for this role is $20/hour. This temporary and/or contract position is not eligible for QIAGEN's company benefits.
