Our Falls Church team is expanding and we are looking for an AT&T Sales Associate to support our AT&T Neighborhood Distribution (NDS) campaign. In this role, you'll meet customers face-to-face, introduce them to AT&T's wireless and fiber solutions, and help them choose services that keep their homes and families connected. What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate As an AT&T Sales Associate, your main focus is creating great customer interactions and helping customers understand the benefits of AT&T's technology.

Your day may include:

Meeting with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless and fiber services Starting friendly sales conversations and learning what customers currently use for connectivity Explaining AT&T plans, promotions, and devices in a way that makes sense for each customer Helping customers complete service enrollment and account setup Turning positive customer experiences into new sales opportunities Keeping track of your sales activity and customer interactions Working with your team to reach weekly sales goals Who We're Looking For The best AT&T Sales Associates are outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
