Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through proactive business development and exceptional customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored product solutions across various industries. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us strengthen our market presence, foster lasting relationships, and achieve sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and technical sales to make a meaningful impact. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, client visits, product demonstrations, and networking events to generate leads and expand market reach Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company objectives Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness Maintain comprehensive territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical features clearly Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not essential Demonstrated skills in lead generation, cold calling, territory management, and analysis techniques Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward business development and problem-solving Join us as a Sales Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through innovative solutions, enjoy engaging with diverse clients across industries, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
