Role:
The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers across diverse markets within the United States. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product or service solutions. The Sales Rep will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals. Success in this role directly impacts the company's market presence and profitability by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volume. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and adept at communicating value propositions effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a HVAC sales position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within assigned territories.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling residential HVAC replacements Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation strategies. Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret sales metrics and customer trends. Additional language skills relevant to the target market.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to align sales strategies and address client needs. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Negotiation and persuasion skills are essential for closing deals that satisfy both customer requirements and company goals.
