Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads. Research and engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and how our SaaS solutions can address them. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Effectively manage and advance leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to maximize the value of the SaaS solution. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support. Develop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Work with the product team to define offerings and solution strategy to generate value for customers. Provide customer insights to the product team to support product development and improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
Computerized Maintenance Management Software Enterprise Asset Management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar technology sales environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and sales activities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel as required
