Job Description

Axispoint Business Development is hiring motivated Wireless Sales Representatives to represent AT&T Fiber internet services in the Michigan area. This role focuses on helping customers understand their home internet options and guiding them toward solutions that fit their needs. This is an opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, setting goals, and earning based on performance. Full training is provided, and no prior telecom experience is required. What a Wireless Sales Representative will be doing: Interact with customers to identify internet and telecom needs, recommending tailored AT&T Fiber solutions. Deliver consultative presentations that highlight product benefits and address customer concerns. Build trust and credibility while guiding customers through the decision-making process. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your edge. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Collaborate with leadership and the Wireless Sales Representative team to refine strategies and maximize team performance. Represent AT&T with confidence, professionalism, and a competitive spirit.
