Role Description & Responsibilities
The ENOVIA Sales Executive will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by performing end-to-end customer engagements. Your mission is to gain customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which you will be accountable to engage on value through internal framework.
Manage a highly consultative and complex sales cycleDevelop a business plan and go-to-market strategy for assigned accounts/territoryNetwork internally within the larger 3DS ecosystem to form and leverage relationships to identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with senior level executive contacts and confidently articulate a transformational visionProspect within target clients to uncover sales opportunitiesLeverage principals of enterprise/group selling to navigate large potential clients and build relationshipsDocument and maintain all activities, account sales strategy and opportunity processNegotiate and close business to meet quarterly and annual sales targetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in related field preferred8+ years' experience in end-to-end software salesExperience using and/or selling Product Lifecycle Management softwareExperience in A&D, Life Sciences, and/or High TechExperience with ENOVIA or the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform a plusStrong Account Management SkillsEffective communication and negotiating skillsStrong collaborative and team building skillsEffective Relationship building skills#LI-HybridInclusion statementQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable state laws and local ordinances. Compensation & BenefitsDassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
