In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by engaging with potential clients and managing existing accounts. Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and targeted outreach within assigned territories. Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong relationships. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase offerings and address client needs effectively. Develop strategic territory plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that meet both client expectations and company objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements, resolving issues promptly, and upselling relevant products or services. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in B2B markets. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance for reporting purposes. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment. Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, and networking efforts. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support inside sales initiatives and customer engagement. Ability to analyze market data to inform sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.
