In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the prototype, design, testing, and validation of cutting-edge medical devices as well as supporting validation and production builds. Your hands-on expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities Prototyping :
Assist in the development and refinement of catheter prototypes, build processes through precise assembly and testing procedures.
Process Development:
Collaborate with engineering teams, quality, and production to interpret prints, product development, and improve device performance.
Assembly & Troubleshooting:
Utilize tooling/equipment, specifications, and technical drawings to assemble, troubleshoot, and rework a broad range of medical devices.
Technical Documentation:
Maintain or create documentation to support builds, including work instructions, inspections, etc.
Compliance & Calibration:
Perform calibration and maintenance of medical devices including processing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Skills:
Use of Reflow Tower, Braider, coiler, Catheter building, designs, and prototyping within a GMP environment.
Qualifications Experience:
4 years minimum of Proven high level and building knowledge of catheter based medical devices.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with equipment and components used to manufacture catheters, including braiders, coilers, reflow ovens and documentation. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Quality Systems:
Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management Systems) and GMP (Good manufacturing processes). Why Join Us?
