You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and hydraulic systems to troubleshoot challenges, provide accurate quotes, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Responsibilities Manage a dedicated client portfolio by providing real-time updates on pricing, inventory availability, and order status. Deliver technical guidance and troubleshooting support for mobile hydraulic components to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with field sales teams to execute complex projects, conduct research, and coordinate service delivery. Process sales orders and quotes within the ERP system while maintaining target profit margins. Streamline administrative workflows, including managing email correspondence and facilitating return authorizations. Act as a primary point of contact for overflow inquiries, ensuring consistent service levels across all product lines. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume phone communication with a sense of urgency. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience in technical sales or customer support roles. Prior experience working with ERP software systems. Proven ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with industrial clients. Experience in the mobile equipment, hydraulic, or mechanical component industry.
