The Boeing Global Services (BGS) seeking an Engineering Technical Specialist (Associate Level) to support our Government Training Engineering (GTE) team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood MO. As part of this team, the Lab Focal would assist in managing labs supporting integration and testing for GTE training and simulation devices. This is an exciting opportunity to drive lab excellence and support the development of training devices for multiple GTE platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

Register labs in appropriate tracking tools and ensure labs meet and exceed safety, FOD, lean/5S, Cybersecurity and configuration control standard s Assist in managing and maintaining compliance of GTE lab equipment and inventorie s Assist in the management of System Security Plan s Assist in the management of the configuration of the devices within GTE lab s System administration for systems within the GTE lab s Identify GTE lab growth requirements and work with facilities to meet the requirement s Maintain lab schedules and assist in coordination of activities of the la b Perform lab surveillance checklists, assist in resolving day-to-day issues in the la b Ability to work on-site 5 days per wee k May be asked to support other programs or perform other duties as neede d Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years' experience supporting software development programs, including hands-on experience with software verification, reviews, or testin g 1+ years' experience performing system integration wor k 1+ years' experience working with technical infrastructure configurations such as servers, databases, networks, development environments, services and softwar e Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of stud y 1+ years' experience in both program physical security and cyber security as they pertain to government program protection requirement s 1+ years' experience working in and with classified program requirements, developing security plans and operating within the restrictions of this type of office and/or lab environmen t 3+ years' experience working in an engineering la b Active US Security Clearanc e Experience managing test venues or integration laboratorie s Experience in software development, IT/networking, systems engineering, electrical/computer engineering, or other similar technical discipline s Excellent communication skills working across multiple team s CompTIA Security+ Certificatio n

Summary Pay Range:
