This is a part-time position with flexible opportunities for additional hours when available. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. About the Role As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers find solutions for their wireless and device needs while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will greet customers, understand their issues or goals, and confidently recommend products or services that best fit their needs. This position includes sales, customer service, repair check-ins, and general store operations. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming environment Understand customer needs and recommend the right products, services, or repairs Sell wireless plans, phones, accessories, and add-ons Check in phone and device repairs using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Handle transactions accurately through the POS system Multitask between assisting customers, answering questions, and store upkeep Help maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business Qualifications Previous retail or wireless sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using POS systems and repair check-in processes Reliable transportation required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible availability, including weekends preferred
