Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Sell and promote products and value-added services to meet or exceed individual and company goals. Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media. Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate contract packaging and co-manufacturing services and engage the potential customers in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships. Meet consistently with internal team to keep up to date on capacity and preferred project requirements for the various locations. Identify opportunities and present solutions offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs. Develop and provide custom presentations and business reviews on RitePack solutions that could impact customer growth opportunities. Create a personal network and represent the organization at business sector events and Trade Shows to enhance the company brand. Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints and proactively strive for resolutions in a timely manner. Act as liaison between external and internal customers. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Teams and Apollo Actively leverage sales technology and tools to meet strategic account planning objectives and maximize customer and segment growth potential. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales competencies and further expand ability to effectively generate profitable customer and segment growth. Teams and Apollo Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge in contract packaging and co-manufacturing is strongly preferred.• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. Excellent verbal, written, people and diplomacy skills required. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external partners. Ability to persuade, negotiate and sell. Strong problem solving skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices. Travel required may be requested to perform other duties as assigned. Territory sales or account management experience preferred. Hunter mentality

From $75,000.00 per year
