We are currently hiring an AT&T Wireless Representative to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing, in-person role where you will engage directly with individuals, provide tailored service solutions, and contribute to overall sales growth. As an AT&T Wireless Representative, you will play a key role in guiding customers through products, services, and promotions while ensuring a seamless and professional sales experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Representative Engage with customers in-person to present AT&T wireless products and service options Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions that drive sales Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and service benefits Assist with account updates, service inquiries, and new customer enrollments Guide customers through the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to closing Promote current offers and services to support revenue growth Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service and strong performance What We're Looking For in an AT&T Wireless Representative Interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications Strong communication skills with a focus on in-person interactions Ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities Professional, positive, and goal-oriented mindset Willingness to learn AT&T products, services, and technology Reliable transportation and ability to work in-person High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
