This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The Associate of Manufacturing will work in a dynamic production environment at a Drug Substance plant supporting development, clinical, and launch activities. This role involves performing hands-on operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a clean room environment. The shift is a rotating 12.5-hour night schedule (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM), and for the first 2-6 weeks, training will be Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on operations: set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment Prepare buffers/media per defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance Perform and monitor critical processes with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting Perform in-process sampling of equipment and operate analytical equipment Perform washroom activities: clean small and large scale equipment used in production activities Maintain an organized and clean workspace Work in a clean room environment wearing steel toe shoes, full clean room gowning, hairnet and gloves Initiate quality deviation reports and assist in the review of documentation Draft and revise documents (SOPs, MPs) Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions

Requirements:

High school/GED with 2+ years of work experience OR an Associate's degree with 6+ months of work experience OR a Bachelor's degree Evidence of technical skills/aptitude and the ability to learn complex computer and equipment systems Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, rapidly-changing environment Focus on Safety, Quality, and Compliance Ability to work rotating 12.5-hour night shifts (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM), weekends, and holidays as dictated by the production schedule Able to work in teams to complete operational tasks and take direction well Able to regularly lift up to 35 lbs, push and pull objects that require up to 50 lbs of force, and work on your feet for long durations Able to perform physical movements including bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and standing on portable stairs or ladders up to 6 feet Pay range: up to $25.45 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
