lead Program Design improvement initiatives and harmonization of work practices across sites; may manage 1-3 direct reports. Minimum Education Requirements A B.S. degree, preferably a graduate degree (e.g. MSc, PhD), in a relevant biological science field. Minimum Experience Requirements 8+ years of related technical experience at Fujifilm, other CDMO, or other applicable role, including experience working directly with customers. 4+ years' experience managing, leading and developing leaders (Managers/Supervisors). 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing operations.
