Job Description

At NJ Ascend Connections, we specialize in helping top telecommunications brands grow through exceptional sales, customer service, and business consulting strategies. Our Jersey City team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated AT&T Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and introducing customers to the newest AT&T wireless technology. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will work directly with residents to introduce AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and mobile solutions that fit their everyday lifestyles. This role blends customer service, consultative sales, and wireless technology education, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while helping customers upgrade their mobile experience. Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Representative Meet with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and mobile services. Provide personalized sales consultations to help customers choose the best AT&T devices, wireless plans, and mobile features. Explain the advantages of AT&T 5G coverage, device capabilities, and data plan options in a clear and helpful way. Identify opportunities for device upgrades, additional wireless lines, and premium features. Recommend family plans, bundled services, and promotional upgrades when they provide value to the customer. Track customer interactions and sales activity within internal systems to maintain organized reporting. Work closely with the team to reach daily and weekly sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and coaching sessions. Contribute to a positive, motivated, and performance-driven sales culture. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate High School Diploma or GED required, with preference for candidates who have academic exposure to business, marketing, or communications. Experience in fast‑paced customer environments where service quality, sales performance, and customer satisfaction were key success indicators. Ability to break down wireless details—including coverage, device compatibility, and data usage—into easy‑to‑understand value statements. Comfort working within sales systems to manage leads, ensure documentation accuracy, and support daily sales operations. Preferred Skills for the AT&T Sales Representative Maintains a polished presence that reinforces AT&T's premium sales experience. Demonstrates accountability throughout the sales and onboarding process. Balances relationship-building with performance-driven sales execution. Learns quickly and applies coaching to elevate daily sales outcomes.
Pay:
$48,722.25 - $58,676.26 per year
