This is an opportunity to join a newly established branch at a Premium door & window brand with 40M+ USD in revenue. In this role, you will bridge cross-timezone communication; translate headquarter's support into actionable local deliverables, and serve as the critical link to resolve professional issues and boost client trust. Responsibilities Collect and analyze client feedback, photos, videos, and on-site situation reports; escalate and categorize issues by severity (Level 1-4) Provide initial technical handling suggestions for routine issues; coordinate with BDs/designers to resolve client doubts Liaise with headquarters' technical/engineering teams to push for solution development, action planning, and execution Track issue resolution progress, ensure clear communication of timelines and expectations between clients and headquarters Coordinate with on-site installation/construction teams to resolve on-site technical conflicts Manage external service providers (e.g., maintenance vendors) to ensure service quality and alignment with client needs Summarize common technical issues and solutions; build and update SOPs to reduce repeated communication Skills Solid technical expertise in windows/doors : Proficient in product structure, sealing, thermal insulation, and installation principles On-site problem diagnosis & communication ability : Able to explain technical issues clearly to clients and construction teams Cross-team collaboration : Skilled at aligning internal (BD, showroom, supply chain) and external stakeholders Risk awareness : Proactive in identifying and mitigating potential disputes (e.g., warranty, installation quality) Learning agility : Quick to master new product technologies and regional installation standards Reliability & consistency : Stable performance with no last-minute errors or delays Requirements 3-8 years of technical support, after-sales, installation, or project management experience in the windows/doors or home building materials industry Prior experience in on-site coordination with installation/construction teams is a strong plus
