Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and compatibility of various wireless devices and accessories. Assist customers with selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories by upselling relevant products to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales. Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipt issuance. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with current products to attract customer attention. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times. Support store operations by stocking inventory, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring the sales floor remains clean and inviting. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or electronics environment. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to guide team members effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions. Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management enhances your success in this role. Bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette ensure positive interactions both face-to-face and over the phone. Knowledge of wireless technology products or related fields is advantageous but not required; training will be provided to develop your expertise.
