Overview Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Center Agent, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive our growth and customer engagement. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing partners, fostering strong relationships through outbound sales efforts, negotiation, and exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will help expand our business footprint, manage a robust sales pipeline, and support high-end B2B and retail sales initiatives. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by tracking prospects, leads, and ongoing negotiations using CRM software. Conduct effective B2B sales presentations and product demonstrations, emphasizing the value proposition tailored to each client's needs. Negotiate terms and close deals with dealership partners, retail clients, or corporate accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and leveraging retail math and inventory management knowledge. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring positive experiences that foster long-term relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to support outreach campaigns, promotional events, and public speaking engagements that elevate brand awareness. Support inventory control efforts and assist in managing dealership or retail inventory levels to meet sales targets efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and client information within CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual candidates highly valued). Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound sales, and upselling techniques. Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities effectively. Knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, automotive sales processes or related fields is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette along with public speaking skills that can be utilized during presentations or promotional events. Strong customer service orientation combined with retail math proficiency and basic math skills for accurate deal calculations.
