A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in advising innovative life sciences and technology companies on sophisticated IP and commercial transactions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role offers substantial exposure to complex technology and licensing matters, strategic collaborations, and the IP aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions. Associates will work closely with cutting-edge companies across industries such as AI, fintech, cybersecurity, biotechnology, digital health, AR/VR, renewable energy, and autonomous vehicles.Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, collaboration, partnership, and commercial agreements
- Advise emerging growth and venture-backed companies on technology and IP transactions
- Support corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and product commercialization matters
- Assist with IP and technology-related aspects of M&A transactions, public offerings, and venture financings
- Conduct research and analysis involving emerging technologies and evolving market trends
- Work directly with clients on product development, strategy, and commercialization initiatives
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional deal teams on sophisticated transactions
Qualifications:
? 3-5 years of experience in IP and technology transactions ? Strong interest in technology transactions supporting M&A and venture capital matters ? Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and licensing agreements ? Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills ?
