The successful candidate must be on track to successfully complete the Maintenance Training Cooperative program at Great Basin College. Actively pursuing a career and technical education certificate and/or associate degree at Great Basin College (GBC). Demonstrated progress toward successful program completion and graduation from GBC with a certificate and/or associate degree. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. Commitment to fostering a Zero Harm safety culture. The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
