We are hiring for a full-time Client Services Associate opportunity with first-year earning potential typically ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, with strong long-term income growth and residual income opportunities. No prior experience or degree is required, and we provide structured training and support to help you succeed. This opportunity is with The Dorne Region, affiliated with UnitedHealthcare and operating across 11 locations in 6 states. Our Centennial office is expanding and looking for individuals who want a structured opportunity with real upside. As a Client Services Associate, you will communicate with individuals who are exploring health insurance options and life benefits, answer questions, guide them through next steps, and maintain consistent follow-up. The workflow is structured, repeatable, and easier to manage as you gain experience. You will have access to 35 to 55 fresh, real-time leads daily through our proprietary CRM at no cost, giving you a steady flow of opportunities to work with each day.
