Position Overview The work involves installation and maintenance of PC workstations. Performs troubleshooting and diagnostic reviews. Ensures timely resolution of work order requests.

Two years college (Information Technologies based) OR successful completion of a Technical program in relevant field OR 2 years technical experience in a network environment

License/Certification Preferred:

A+, CCNP, MCSE
