Job Description:

Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:

Assist with the technology needs for remote working and classes Assist with the technology needs for on-campus workers and classes Monitor the Helpdesk program by answering calls and creating tickets Assign tickets to the appropriate School Techs Setup campus PCs and printers Install software Assist faculty/staff with their login issues Assist students with their login issues Assist faculty/students with wireless issues Answer technology questions that faculty and staff might have

Evening Lab Assistant Responsibilities:

Oversee the Open Labs and Information Technology classroom labs Assist students in the Open Labs with PC usage which includes logging in, printing and basic software questions Assist students and faculty in IT labs with technology and hardware issues Experience with Microsoft Office, Farmingdale Gmail and Blackboard Assist with PC configurations and software installation in the labs

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree, or completion of one by May 2026. Experience with the TeamDynamix ITSM system
