In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource, providing expert guidance on our innovative product solutions tailored to architectural projects. Your passion for sales combined with your technical expertise will empower you to identify client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close strategic deals that elevate our market presence. Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with architects, design firms, contractors, and other industry stakeholders to expand our client base. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions aligned with client project requirements. Collaborate with pre-sales teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored proposals that highlight our competitive advantages. Provide expert advice on technical specifications, including computer networking, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, virtualization technologies like VMware, and Linux-based systems. Assist clients in integrating our products into their projects by offering guidance on project management, analysis skills, and technical feasibility. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies (such as Python scripting and Bash shell scripting), and competitor offerings to maintain a strategic edge. Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of interactions, proposals, and project progress. Requirements Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the architecture or technology sectors. Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend optimal solutions. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate technical benefits. Effective project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements from initial contact through closing. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear value propositions. A background in sales combined with a passion for technology innovation is preferred.
