Job Description
Wireless Solutions First is seeking an AT&T Wireless Associate to drive customer acquisitions, service enrollments, and sales growth. In this AT&T Wireless Associate role, you will engage directly with customers, present AT&T's telecommunications solutions, and guide them through the sales process. As an AT&T Wireless Associate , your primary focus is generating new business, recommending the right services, and delivering a strong customer experience that leads to long-term retention. AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities Work with customers to promote and sell AT&T wireless services and bundled packages and plans Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive sales and upgrades Guide customers through the enrollment and sales process from start to finish Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Address questions or concerns to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications Experience in sales, customer service, or related role that involved customer interactions Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident, professional presence Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
